Sit, walk and sleep again without pain shooting down your leg.
Sciatica is pain, tingling or numbness that runs from your low back or buttock down your leg. It usually means a nerve is being irritated, most often by a disc or stiff joints in the low back. Our chiropractors find what’s pressing on the nerve and work to take the pressure off, without surgery or long-term medication.

It depends on the cause and how long you’ve had it. Mild cases often improve within a few weeks of care; disc-related sciatica usually takes longer. You’ll get a specific recommendation after your exam.

Yes. Decompression is a gentle, non-surgical treatment. Your exam screens for anything that would make it inappropriate before we recommend it.
No. We take X-rays in our office when they’re needed. If your exam suggests you need an MRI or a specialist, we’ll tell you and help with the referral.
