Kids are hard on their bodies, starting on day one. Birth can put a lot of pressure on a baby’s neck, especially after a long labor, a C-section, or a vacuum or forceps delivery. Then come the tumbles of learning to walk, sports, heavy backpacks and hours spent looking down at a phone.
When the joints in the spine stop moving well, the muscles around them tighten up. In a baby, that can look like fussiness, arching or trouble feeding. In an older kid, it often shows up as headaches or a stiff, sore neck. Our job is to find those spots and help them move the way they should.

Yes, when it’s adapted for children. Pediatric adjustments are very gentle. For some kids it’s as light as a simple press in the right spot, and we adjust our technique to your child’s age and size.
Newborns are welcome. Many parents bring their baby in within the first few weeks, especially after a long or difficult delivery.
No. Most babies stay calm or even fall asleep, and older kids usually think it’s easy. Plenty of them look forward to coming back.
