Cancellation and no-show fees are automatically charged to the card on file. Cancellation fees are not billable to insurance.

Corrective Therapy:

if notice is <24 hours the fee will be 50% of the self pay visit cost

Massage Therapy:

if notice is <24 hours the fee will be 50% of the self pay visit cost

if notice is <4 hours or No Show fee will be 100% of the self pay visit cost

To respect our doctors’ time and availability for other patients, new patient appointments are reserved specifically for you.

If a new patient fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice, the appointment will be marked as a No-Call/No-Show and the appointment will not be eligible for rescheduling.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer that time to another patient in need of care.
